O’STAD200 INCUBATOR has been designed by Impact Hub Aruba in collaboration with the Aruba Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the University of Aruba, to support entrepreneurs and businesses in achieving sustainable growth and resilience, by offering trainings, tailored mentorship, strategic resources, and a collaborative community network across an intensive program leading to a final Pitch Day. The participants will get assigned a dedicated mentor for guidance leading up to the grand Pitch Day, where each participant requires to present to a panel of judges to win a Start-Up and Scale-Up funding. Following the initial part of the program and Pitch Day, start-ups and scale-ups will continue in a 6-month Post Program designed to sustain the positive outcomes. This effort aims to turn Oranjestad and Aruba in general into a shining example of innovation and economic growth.

What is an Incubator?

Business Incubator

Business incubation is a dynamic process of business enterprise development. The term refers to an interactive development process where the aim is to encourage people to start their own business and to support start-up companies in the development of innovative products (National Business Incubation Association). For O’STAD200 Inc., established companies are included alongside start-ups to enhance Aruba’s market competitiveness.

Goal of the Incubator

Business incubators aim to nurture the growth and success of startups and early-stage companies by providing essential resources, mentorship, and a supportive environment. They enhance market competitiveness through tailored guidance and skill development, stimulating innovation and creativity. Incubators also facilitate valuable networking opportunities, allowing entrepreneurs to connect with peers, industry experts, and potential investors. As O’STAD200 Inc. provides a collaborative space, it improve the survival rates of new businesses, addressing the challenges a business might face in their formative years.

How to Enroll?

Complete your pre-pitch by submitting the enrollment form. You will move into a pre-selection stage, where your information and motivation for participation will be reviewed be a O’STAD200 Inc. review committee. If selected, participants will receive an official confirmation on their participation with further payment instructions.

Note that the program is designed to accommodate a limited amount of participants, therefore a selection process is required.
