About us.
The O’STAD INCUBATOR program is a joint effort by Impact Hub Aruba, the Aruba Chamber of Commerce, and the University of Aruba, with the support of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Communication and Sustainable Development. It focuses on entrepreneurship and business growth, equipping emerging and established entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and connections to succeed in today’s evolving economy.
Launched in 2024 as part of Oranjestad’s 200-year celebration, the first edition was a major success—featuring a tech summit, hands-on training, and high-impact networking that opened doors to real investment opportunities for participants.
Building on that momentum, the 2025 edition continues under the O’STAD INCUBATOR name. The mission remains clear: to strengthen Oranjestad’s position as a hub of business excellence, driving innovation, job creation, and economic growth. This year’s program offers in-depth training, structured mentorship, and access to key networks, helping selected businesses move forward with confidence and clarity.
